SUBJECT:       New benefits package on the way

In a meeting last Thursday in Jackson, CEO Martin Westerman announced that a new benefits package for B CMU Inc. is on its way that will affect all S. American and N. American offices.  The new benefits package will:

               -  Extend full benefits to all of our employees and their partners.
-  Full benefits mean full health, dental, life insurance and 401K’s
-  Benefits plans are transferable to partners after death.

We consider a partner to be someone whom an employee has held a monogamous relationship with for a certain number of years.  We will declare the exact number of years when the policy comes to life on Jan 1, 2007.

Why?
The idea behind this benefits package is twofold.  First, we want to keep the employees we have working with us.  Second, we want to attract quality new employees that will continue to expand B CMU Inc. long after we retire.

Why now?
Some groups around the Memphis area may offer resistance to the new benefits package.  This opportunity will allow us to take a stand and establish ourselves as a modern company in the community.  We do not forerun this trend, nor do we trail the trend.  B CMU Inc. provides the new benefits package along with the tide of the national trend.  States such as New York, and companies across America are doing the same.  We have support from both scientific studies and the legislature.
