In order to be a successful dentist in the modern world, you must not only be able to caringly service your patients, but you must be able to naviagate the business world. Everything from insurance companies to payroll for your dental assistants to taxes must be taken care of by the independent dentist. Sometimes all of these factors are overwhelming to invdividual dentists and they just join dental clinics because they are afraid of having to deal with all of the above problems.
